Membership Agreement

Effective Date: December 2025

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your membership in the ClaimArmor platform. By applying for or maintaining membership, you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Membership Eligibility

ClaimArmor membership is exclusively available to:

  • Licensed Public Adjusters: Must hold a valid, active public adjuster license in at least one US state
  • Insurance Attorneys: Must be licensed to practice law and specialize in insurance-related matters
  • Authorized Firm Representatives: Must be employed by or represent a licensed adjusting firm or law practice
  • Other Professionals: Insurance professionals may apply and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis

2. Application & Vetting Process

All membership applications are subject to verification:

  • Submit complete application with required professional credentials
  • Provide proof of licensure or professional standing
  • Pass verification review (typically 1-3 business days)
  • Receive approval notification via email

ClaimArmor reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its sole discretion. Rejected applicants will be notified but are not entitled to an explanation.

3. Member Obligations

As a ClaimArmor member, you agree to:

  • Maintain accurate and current profile information
  • Keep professional licenses in good standing
  • Notify us within 30 days of any changes to licensure status
  • Comply with all applicable professional and ethical standards
  • Use the Service only for legitimate professional purposes
  • Not share account credentials with unauthorized users
  • Enable and maintain two-factor authentication
  • Report any security concerns promptly

4. Account Security

Members must:

  • Use strong, unique passwords
  • Enable two-factor authentication (mandatory)
  • Log out after each session, especially on shared devices
  • Immediately report suspected unauthorized access
  • Not circumvent security measures

Members are responsible for all activity under their accounts.

5. Confidentiality

Members acknowledge that ClaimArmor contains proprietary AI systems and methodologies. Members agree to:

  • Maintain confidentiality of ClaimArmor’s proprietary features
  • Not reverse engineer or attempt to extract AI models or algorithms
  • Not disclose system prompts, training methods, or technical details
  • Not share membership access with competitors

6. Professional Responsibility

Important: ClaimArmor is a professional tool, not a substitute for professional judgment. Members are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all AI-generated content before use. ClaimArmor does not provide legal, financial, or insurance advice.

7. Suspension & Termination

ClaimArmor may suspend or terminate membership for:

  • Violation of this Agreement or Terms of Service
  • Loss or suspension of professional license
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Abuse of the platform or other members
  • Non-payment or chargeback abuse
  • Security violations or credential sharing

Terminated members forfeit all remaining tokens without refund.

8. Voluntary Cancellation

Members may cancel their membership at any time by contacting support. Upon cancellation:

  • Access terminates immediately or at the end of the billing period
  • Unused tokens are forfeited (no refunds)
  • Member data is retained per our Privacy Policy
  • Members may request data deletion per applicable law

9. Changes to Agreement

ClaimArmor may modify this Agreement with notice to members. Continued membership after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance.
