Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of ClaimArmor’s services and is incorporated into our Terms of Service. Violations of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
1. Permitted Use
ClaimArmor is designed for legitimate professional use by licensed insurance professionals. Permitted uses include:
- Generating claims-related documents and analysis
- Researching insurance topics and regulations
- Creating professional reports and correspondence
- Managing claims-related projects and workflows
- Storing and organizing claims documentation
2. Prohibited Activities
You may NOT use ClaimArmor to:
Illegal or Fraudulent Activities
- Generate false, fraudulent, or misleading claims documents
- Create fabricated evidence or documentation
- Engage in insurance fraud or assist others in doing so
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or professional standards
- Impersonate other professionals or entities
Security Violations
- Attempt to bypass authentication or security measures
- Access accounts or data belonging to others
- Probe, scan, or test system vulnerabilities
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
- Transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Share login credentials with unauthorized users
Misuse of Service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract AI models
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the platform
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service
- Use automated tools or bots beyond intended functionality
- Circumvent usage limits or billing systems
- Use the service for competitive analysis or benchmarking
Harmful Content
- Upload or generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or harassing
- Submit content that infringes intellectual property rights
- Create content intended to deceive courts, regulators, or insurers
- Generate spam, phishing content, or deceptive communications
3. Content Standards
All content you create or upload must:
- Be accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge
- Comply with applicable laws and professional ethics
- Not infringe on third-party rights
- Be appropriate for professional use
4. Resource Limits
To ensure fair access for all members:
- Do not attempt to monopolize system resources
- Respect rate limits and usage quotas
- Report unusually high usage that may indicate a problem
- Do not use automated scripts that exceed normal usage patterns
5. Monitoring & Enforcement
ClaimArmor reserves the right to:
- Monitor usage patterns for security and compliance purposes
- Investigate suspected violations of this policy
- Remove content that violates this policy
- Suspend or terminate accounts for violations
- Report illegal activities to appropriate authorities
- Cooperate with law enforcement investigations
6. Consequences of Violation
Violations may result in:
First minor violations
Repeated or serious violations
Severe or illegal violations
Terminated accounts forfeit all tokens and access without refund. ClaimArmor may pursue legal action for damages caused by violations.

8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP as needed. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated to members.
