ClaimArmor does not sell personal information to third parties. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We only share data with service providers who are contractually bound to use it solely to provide services to us.

How to Exercise Your Rights

Response Timeline

We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we will notify you of an extension (up to 90 days total).

Sensitive Personal Information

We limit our use of sensitive personal information to purposes permitted under CPRA. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes beyond what is necessary to provide the services.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy, or as required by law. Account data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter.
